Fairman would turn over in his grave!

Here are two Haxby (1988) SENC (Surviving Example Not Confirmed) Georgia notes.

Bowers lists the proof as URS-1, i. e. unique. However, it is well known that 2 proofs sold in the 1990 Christie's auction of the ABNCo archives. He lists the counterfeit as unknown, but here on this forum you can enjoy an unknown note.

Which one is the counterfeit?

Fairman signed the central vignette - quite unusual.
