Question regarding SMR's on Team Cards

According to the June SMR, 1965 Topps Team Cards have a SMR of $27.00 each. According to a Online SMR printout from a couple of weeks ago, it breaks down each team card's SMR. For example the Phillies Team is SMR $18.00, Indians Team is $22.00, etc.

Not sure if this goes for other years but it looks like the Online SMR gives many of the 1965 Topps team cards the same SMR as a common in the same series.

Which one is correct?

    If you are selling then its the high number. If you are buying its the low number.
