100% home wrap job. Not that its a bad thing nessasarly, I have wrapped a few boxes myself before just to help keep the ink on the box from scuffing or what-not. But, if you bought it that way, you need to yank that wrap off just to be sure of what you have in there (kinda a funny spin-off of the vasoline question, but serious )
