I was previewing the upcoming PWCC Auction #2 and came across a Reggie Rookie BVG-9.5
with the preface to the description stating it is a "Pack Issued Example". My question to the CU board is what does that mean? Is it to distinguish it from a sheet cut card? And if so...how can you tell a pack issued example from a sheet cut example?
