The offer came to me in an e-mail from Bullion Exchanges but it's eBay number 161387016836. I'm guessing this is a pretty good deal with free shipping and a credit card rebate if your pay pal account is tied to a credit card with a rebate. I've bought from them before and they ship fairly fast. I like RCM silver bars since they are 999.9 fine (I know it's a gimmick), they're made by a government mint, and they show the date it was manufactured on the bar which most silver bars don't show.
