I picked this note off ebay for $45 and was very pleasantly surprised to find that it is crisp, uncirculated and has not been ironed (at least the note feels raised to the touch).



Just checking to see if I got a good deal or overpaid. You won't hurt my feelings.

JIM61, it was not listed in coins/currency/errors but in the other category if I recall. Not the normal place you would look.



Is it worth getting graded? If so the value?? Now that I got my toe wet I might just take a dive!

I would not have it graded as it would not grade CU or better IMHO. Corner tip bend, another soft corner, looks like a fold vertically, etc.

Looks legit to me. You would have to look at it with a hi power magnifier to tell for sure. The plate number is correct on the transfer.
