How hard is it to get in touch with 4SC?

I thought I recall others on here saying they're slow to or don't answer emails. I had an issue with my latest order off of the website. Two cards were ordered, but only one was in the bubble mailer. No sign of a tampered with package and the mailer says 3 oz. package rate. That's the weight of one graded card if I'm not mistaken. The invoice that was emailed to me reflects two cards and my PayPal charge was for both cards.

I received the package last Friday and I emailed them that evening. So far no response. Does anyone have a number to call. Only 40 bucks, so not a huge loss. But I'd definitely like to get this rectified.

Duh! Just checked the invoice they sent. The number was on there. I'll call tomorrow.

I received a cracked holder once from them and had no real issues. Sent an email with all the info and sent back and got my refund. I guess it varies........it shouldn't though.
