Tuesday Afternoon "Eye Candy"

Still working through some stacks of stuff from Long Beach and figuring out where I stand with some of the notes but thought I'd share a few toughies I discovered over the weekend.
The Dallas district is definitely the key to the 1934A $20 set, not the Minneapolis as suggested by some dealers and collectors in the past. Here is the first and only certified CU example, and a Gem no less:
At first glance, the San Fran note doesn't seem like much but when you dive into the block data, it reveals itself to be a "tough beast" as some forums members like to say. First Certified Gem EPQ/PPQ note in combined Pop reports from the LB block. One other CU exists but is not EPQ/PPQ.
Another tough one here, this $5 from Boston is the first and only certified Gem in combined Pop reports.
Now, back to hitting the California coin shop circuit!
