Everymans Mercury Dime Set Question.

Does this PCGS Cert Number have any meaning? 4947.58/33041287 It was a 1924S Merc. I broke it out.

Thanks.

The 4947 is the PCGS catalogue # for the 1924-S Mercury Dime. Each coin no matter what it is gets a catalogue #.
The # to the Rt. of the decimal is the grade
The # to the Rt. of the / is the certification # for whatever coin is in that slab.
