1996 Topps Finest Mantle Refractor Set - Grading Question

I have the complete set of the 1996 Topps Finest Mickey Mantle refractor set with the film on and trying to decide if I should send any of the cards in for grading to PSA.

I was wondering what standards PSA uses to grade refractor cards with film on? What should I look for on the cards to determine if they are worthy of sending in for grading?

Bubbles in the film or peeling of any corner/edge are what you need to watch out for, surface is very tough with the film on.

They are really bad w/ refractor lines. They're tough to 10. The '52 Topps would be 500+ in a 10 because they're always off center or have refactor lines
