    I doubt he'll get any jail time, and no more than a couple weeks if he does.

    I dont think he will get any jail time... (unless he has been arrested before, etc for DUI)
    just a suspension of 6 months of liscense and have to pay a fee...
    dont expect jail

    That is really no big deal, the dude turns 21 in like one month, and his BAC was only .04 (which would probably take a case seeing as big as he is). Jacka$$ still should not have been driving, although you aren't too impaired at .04, or that would be the legal limit. Stupid perhaps, but not sad
