    The 1871 Seated Dollar certainly looks fake, and this guy is the one that someone started a thread about a couple weeks ago. He was selling real NGC slabs that NGC deemed to contain counterfeit holders. I don't know the series well, but the 8 Reales looks genuine to me.

    You might have better luck reporting it as "improper payment methods"

    Paypal assures immediate shipping. Personal checks are fine, but shipping 10 days from receipt.
