"Shipping is 12.00" Nah. My green PCGS slab box will fit in a padded Priority Flat Rate envelope with filler (styrofoam popcorn) for $6.10, with insurance included. I'll send you one for $16.10. Send me a PM w/shipping address.

I know the newer slabs wont fit in the older blue boxes very well, but im curious as to if the newest slabs fit the green boxes, what's the difference other than the color ?

I've got a couple of the green boxes. I'll try the new slabs and see how the fit.

Looking for the old green box or the new green box? At the Long Beach show, PCGS was returning orders for the retro old green labels in new green boxes. Sorta neat image

oops - sorry - wasn't paying attention to the shipping costs......

That's the hardest part of shipping boxes and such - postage is really taking a bite! image

The $6.10 rate for the padded Flat Rate envelope is the most economical service for one slab box. I guess the OP didn't care for my offer though. image

    Is this shipped First Class?
Never heard of that before, I thought USPS considered all packages Priority Mail

As of the latest rate revision, the Priority rates are only applicable to packages weighing one pound or more.

I actually weighed a green PCGS slab box today at 10.2 ounces.

It could be shipped as a 1st class parcel in a generic padded envelope that is large enough, for $4.34, which is even cheaper than the padded Priority Flat Rate envelope at $6.10.
