Anyone have problems not getting eBay bucks credit on 3x eBay day?

I bought a rather expensive item on 3x eBay bucks, paid immediately via PayPal. Buyer immediately shipped and I received. Payment shows as pending on the full site, and paid on the mobile app. When I go to my eBay bucks page on the full site, it does not show any record of the item along with my other purchases. Anyone else having this issue?

I bought on the 3x bucks day, bid and paid on the phone, and my purchase and bonus bucks are showing up just fine.

Yes I did, but it is not even showing that I paid, just pending.

Did you pay via eCheck? They take time to "clear" and payment doesn't get reflected until it does clear. If you didn't use an eCheck, then it sounds as if something else happened.
