Does PSA charge you for N5 & N6 during a grading submission?
N6: Min size ?
N5 Altered stock?

No charge for N6, never got an N5.

Altered stock, yes. Min size, no.
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
