1999 P Delaware quarter experimental planchet

I have a 1999 P Delaware quarter experimental alloy planchet type 2 coin. It doesn't have the copper in the middle. I live in the Atlanta area and I would like to get it certified. Does anyone know of an appraiser in my area?
