I NEED HELP!! (regarding ebay once again)

hey, you all know that im getting screwed over on shipping. Guy now says he wont send in seperate packages because i took to long to send payment(extended 1 week to get money together, lol, 7 freaking days, he still get the money within 2 weeks) so now he's making even more money. I also contacted ebay 3 times, but they dont seem to respond. Its against their fee circumnavigtion rule. IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO CONTACT THEM BESIDES FILLING OUT THEIR FORMS AND SENDING EMAIL THROUGH THAT?? PLMK!!

Dont bother filling out the forms, from what I hear its a waste of time and the seller is a moron, whats his ID so I stay away from him
