Identify a rupee for me?

From that deep old collection I've been going through. The flip says "Kashmir, possibly Afghan" but nothing else I've found online looks close:

    Will try.

Looks like am Afghanistan Durrani Empire, Mahmud Shah (AD 1809-1817) Silver Rupee, Kashmir Mint, KM 591

The Durrani Empire is considered the foundation of the modern state of Afghanistan

    One like it:

DURRANI: Mahmud Shah, 1809-1817, AR rupee, Kashmir, Khitta, AH122x year 7, vf-ef

Worthpoint only shows one side but other places have both sides.

Well, I'm impressed. I would've guessed that to be a Persian coin.

For what it's worth, I corresponded with Steve Album at Stephen Album Rare Coins this morning ( http://db.stevealbum.com/php/home.php ).

They're the company shown as the seller of the similar piece that WorthPoint referenced from WillieBoyd2's post. Steve wrote back within a few minutes to confirm that the piece is a Mahmud Shah Durrani Rupee, dated AH1229 year 7.

He said it's a common piece. But at least now I know about a great reseller of this type of material and I know exactly what it is image
