Is it safe to assume centering will be consistent in the same case?

I opened several boxes from a case tonight and realized the same card had the same centering, is this fairly consistent with all cases? Should I buy boxes from different cases to realize different centering?

Centering is typically consistent throughout a box/case.

Unless it comes from a 1955 cello pack. Those are notorious for all of the cards to be o/c or miscut except for one perfect blazerimage

In general, you should see some consistency in centering throughout a box/case (or at least a consistent pattern). But with vintage, you just never know. You might have a rack with a totally miscut card showing on top, followed by a perfectly centered card right underneath it... makes you wonder if they were cut off-centered, or were they printed off-center and cut correctly?

They're often loaded with star power though.

KendallCat are you aware of something that many of us are not with regards to the 1955 Topps pack? You sure have been very vocal and hinting around something pretty slanderous about the collector who opened the pack. If you have solid proof then speak up and share instead of beating around the bush.

    Dear UncleTwoPillow:
I would just like to take a minute and thank you for brief moments during my day in which I get to read something you have posted. Even though I may not always take the time to comment my appreciation, you should know that when I open a thread and see that you have posted in it I eagerly read the thread from top to bottom. When I reach your input I'm never dissatisfied. Your humor is a bright spot in my day, and more than likely the day of some others as well. Please keep it up!
I'm a big Nolan Ryan fan OK???!!!

I think you can see from the posts that replied to mine that it was done tongue in cheek, and the theme of this post happened to fall in line with the thread from a couple of months ago. That topic IMO is over and done with - just ironic that a post along the same lines would come up concerning consistency within a pack or box.
