this company went bankrupt in 2014 costing collectors some $40 mil in assets....my question is ...when did this company start?

    Not sure that $40 million figure is even close to accurate. I hear the bankruptcy Trustee is in the process of formulating a payout proposal to all the creditors. Anyone interested in calculating the true estimated loss to creditors should read the recent filed documents in the case or speak with the Trustee.
