PSA Subs

I've never really paid attention to it, but why is the delivery date for subs way before the date they say they received it. My most recent sub was delivered on 1/15/16 (based on USPS tracking), but my account shows that it wasn't received until 1/22/16. I'm guessing the waiting period for getting them back starts from the date received and not the date it was delivered. Just wondering.

Yes that is right.. You will get your results before those who sent them in in Novemeber or

Someone that comes in after you will get theirs done before you? Lots of questions little or no answers...
