Velvet Board?

Hi,
I'm working on a little display for some tokens I've acquired and I'm looking for some velvet/felt? covered cardboard. I'm feeling a bit silly as I don't know what this stuff is called. As mentioned, it is cardboard or, perhaps, chipboard covered with a velvet or felt or velour. I'm looking for a 8.5 x 11 sheet, but I can't seem to find any online (perhaps because I don't know what is called).
Below is a picture of a sample, it's the blue "stuff"
If anyone has a link to where I can buy a sheet I'd appreciate it.
