OFFICIAL B/S/T - PSA STARTER LOT THREAD

Had to start this over because the old thread had characters in the title that apparently are not allowed in the new version of the board. I keep getting error messages. Anyway, hope to list some lots in coming days/weeks/months...

First post From the old thread --

I thought a thread that specializes in PSA lots might work. I'm often looking to get a start on a set with a good-sized lot. I've also purchased PSA lots on eBay where I've decided not to continue with the set and would like to sell. This is perhaps similar to the Want List thread that another member started but trying to stick to graded PSA lots. Anyway, not a lot of rules. In fact, no real rules at all. My only thought is that the idea is to move graded lots. Thus, the expectation is that scans are not required/expected. Of course, this is always up to the individual buyer/seller but the intent is for the thread to move large lots of graded cards with as little frictional costs (eBay, PayPal, postage, scanning time) as possible. Build these savings into your prices and you may move some cards.

90 different 1953 Bowman Color baseball cards, all graded by PSA. There are 78 cards graded PSA 5, 11 cards graded PSA 6, and 1 card graded PSA 4. This is my personal set that I have been working on for the past several years. My collecting focus has changed some, so I have decided to part with this set. This lot contains 10 Hall of Famers, as noted.

There are 160 total cards in the set, so this lot is more than halfway towards a complete set. The key cards, including the Stan Musial rookie, are scanned, but I would be more than happy to scan any other cards you are interested in. Each card is in a protective sleeve to keep the PSA holders clean and scratch free. The cards come from a smoke free home.

I am asking $2400, which is not a "steal" by any means, but it is a very fair price for both of us. If you tried to piece this lot together individually, you would probably spend somewhere right in this ballpark. The set is currently ranked #39 on the registry and can be viewed here: Tom's 1953 Bowman Baseball
