1835 Half Dime Variety and Die state help

Picked this one up a while back because of the interesting die break above the head. Anyone know the variety and if this die break is common or not?

That's a late stage of the obverse die and only middle stage for the reverse


Reverse deteriorates to a retained cud (one example known)
