1986 Fleer Jordan, Crossover to PSA 10?

Link

Do you guys think this high sub BGS 9.5 would crossover to PSA 10? There is a small fish eye near MJ's head close to his arm but the centering and corners are nice.

Thanks

Beautiful card but I think that fisheye keeps it from a 10.

Good Looking card! I think the fisheye and maybe the lower right corner (tiny white spec) prevents it from a PSA 10, it as I said when I started, it's a great looking card, that I would be proud of.

  • i have owned 4 different BGS 9.5s with varying subs. I sent all to PSA for crossovers with min grade of 10 over the past 18 months. None crossed, to include one with 3 x 9.5s and 1 x 10 for subs. I am not saying it won't cross to a 10, but I was 0-4.

I highly doubt PSA would ever cross a BGS 9.5 '86 Jordan to a 10.
"My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."

Only chance to crack it out and send in.

IT CAN'T BE A TRUE PLAYOFF UNLESS THE BIG TEN CHAMPIONS ARE INCLUDED

That dot will indeed hold it back. Years ago I had a perfect 9 with that dot-- it is not uncommon to the card. I reviewed it and they flagged that dot as the reason it would not bump.

  • Yet to see a PSA 10 flying Spaghetti-O variation. Always a first time for everything, I suppose.

That card is (1) .5 sub grade from a Pristine 10. I would submit that card 50 times at BGS until you caught the grader in a good mood.

Agreed. Very doubtful it would end up in PSA 10 without cracking from the slab.

Wow Nat, impressive collection! I love your vintage PSA 10's, just beautiful. I think that it is doubtful that the Jordan would cross to a PSA 10, but that wouldn't stop me from trying. Best of luck if you do.
