Reviewing his recent sales, I see that he sold a total of 64 2012 $5 AGEs (using a stock, authentic pic) that he "won in a poker game." His first and only feedback on them says "counterfeit" (feedback from the OP?).
Claim should be simple: do not mention "counterfeit" in the claim or ebay will require a professional written opinon. Just say "not the item pictured or described" and get your refund quicker.

Ebay has removed all 64 of his sales on these from his sold history. Might be a good sign for all the buyers.
