Need help researching an auction lot

I'm looking for the lot description of the following: Glendining, 24 May, 1972, lot 615. Æthelred I, King of Wessex.

I'm hoping to get additional provenance information on my coin, because it happens to be a very nice specimen of a rare coin. I may be able to get the information myself by paying Bonham, but I'm hoping not to have to pay for a subscription to their archive just to research a single lot.

I am not looking for price realized.

Thanks for any assistance!

You could always visit the ANS. They have been very helpful to me and others in the past.

If you're not a member, I think they charge a daily fee.

Additionally, the ANA Library staff has also been helpful in the past.

Unfortunately, there is no indication in the catalog as to the identity of the consignor.

Thank you very much, Andy. You're right, that info does nothing to help me further trace provenance. And I noticed that my coin was graded VF in 1972, whereas now it'd be Near EF. I guess grade-flation exists on both sides of the Pond. image
