Quick breakdown on recent vintage card breakout submission. GOT KILLED $$$ wise on a couple better cards!!

BVG 8.5 to PSA 8
SGC 8.5 to PSA 7
SGC 9 to PSA 8

    all cracked out. I actually pulled a few 8s out of raw cards I submitted with them..lol

    That's pretty good for bvg crack outs . They are way too lenient on corners with regards to vintage
    Collecting Clemente master (#6) and basic PSA registry sets, Hank Aaron master and basic sets, Mantle oddball issues, 1970's mega decade HOFs, 1967 Topps pin ups, and high grade Topps Clemente and Aaron. Numerous transactions with over 100 board members.

    And surface. I've only had one BVG ever crossover after cracking to the same grade, with several losing 2 full grades. 0.5 less is a win in my book.

    The BVGs were pretty well centered cards. The SGC downgrades were more disappointing.

    I agree that the BVG 1/2 point downgrade is not bad at all. I have had luck with crossing over some BVG that matched PSA but typically a 1/2 to a whole down grade has been my experience. I have had pretty good luck with SGC crack and submit to PSA. I am surprised by your downgrades on those. You can always crack and submit again.
