Factory error

I picked up what I consider a find.

I got a Dan Marino rookie card in pristine shape. Perfect corners,perfect finish etc...

Only flaws I have found is centering "obviously" and on the bottom black bar there appears to be almost a white eye shape "clearly under the finish".

Probably half the size of a pinky nail. I just sent it in to psa for grading but I'm curious how those two things will affect my otherwise flawless card?

Centering is probably 60/40

Pristine with a couple of flaws, otherwise flawless? Very interesting... sounds like a PSA 7-8.



Post a scan when you get it back.

Just sent that and a Jerry rice rookie "previously graded by Beckett" off to psa.

Don't be afraid to share with the forum before submitting them to PSA. It's unbelievable what the eyes on here will catch.

Thanks! I just got back into collecting again. I picked up a graded Brady chrome rookie, joe Montana rookie, rice and Montana. Hoping to make some good investments
