Does anyone have any experience with the return of a coin months after sale? As I understand it the time period for returns could extend up to 6 months. How does that work? How is that fair when the coin might have been submitted for grading multiple times during the time it was in "the Buyers" hands?
Help me understand in case this ever comes to pass.
Thanks in advance.

All listing with a return policy have a set number of days to make the return. Anything outside of that I would refuse a return and make them go through ebay or paypal where I would get an opportunity to make my case.
How important your feedback is to you will dictate how much slack you will cut a buyer.

I'm not sure if it applies to bullion and coins?
Buyers could stock up on Saints and if gold goes up, they're happy but when it tanks - well you just return it.

IIRC the 6 month return is a new bullying tactic from eBay forced on sellers in order to get the 20% discount on FVF's.

Top rated sellers get a FVF discount. Top Rated Plus Sellers get an additional 20% off their FVFs. Top Rated Plus requires a minimum 14 day return policy, bullion categories exempt from having to accept returns.

Include a speck of silver with your coin and list in the bullion category.
