but it's the lowest serial # I have ever received (from bank teller on a withdrawal today).

The 2006 $20 IH-B block was a 6.4M run and the last for St Louis.

    I'd keep it but i do STL. Wouldn't pay more than face tho.
    Always interested in St Louis MO & IL metro area and Evansville IN national bank notes and Vatican/papal states coins and medals!

    Looks like a decent VF. Retail should be between $35 and $45.
