Any chance of a bump?

Any chance this could bump to a 10?
Corners look beautiful only thing I see is the centering is a little bit off. Still seems like it could be in 10 parameters... Or am I just fooling myself?

    It won't be possible to tell without a high res scan.

    That's a beauty! Great resolution on the photo for a 59 and those corners look razor sharp but honestly I don't know how to tell a really nice 9 from a 10. And there's the danger if you crack it of getting the MINSIZERQ.

    I really would try three tines before I accepted the mint grade. It just is worth the risk from what I can see.

    That's what I hear also. The three strikes your out rule when trying for a bump. Problem is your probably going to want to submit at the express level and with shipping there and back your looking at almost $70 per review. Good luck.

    I'd give it a shot. I've never heard the "3 times" theory. I was under the impression that ALL reviews were done by the head grader, so if you sent it in 3 times, you're sending it to the same guy each time. ??

    It would def be worth it if it bumped, card has a pop of 62 with 0 10's.

    Is that a little nick by the right middle edge? Maybe that would hold it back from a 10.
