Reholder cost for 1 card

I have a card with a cracked slab. The card is unaffected and won't upgrade. Will it cost me $7 for the reholder plus $18 for shipping back to me? Or is shipping N/A in this case.

- Post War baseball HOF RC's
- 1980's unopened baseball
- All Mutoscope and American Beauties

Reholders will get charged for return shipping. Mech errors do not.
