I sent this guy a PM a few days ago, and he never responded.
He even relisted the coin, showing it as an NNC graded coin.
Down in the 'Item Specifics' he says it is ANACS.

The seller knows your ebay ID since you communicated with him. Might want to add him to your blocked list to prevent him from buying an item from you just to get a shot at your feedback.
