When did Asahi acquire Johnson Matthey?

How long ago & will you still buy their product.

A few months back, cant remember exact date. I don't own any of the new bars but wouldn't have a problem buying them. We sell quite a few of them here in the shop, they are not considered premium by any means. All we carry is the 100oz bar which I believe we sell at $1 to 1.30 over, which makes it one of the cheaper options.

The 100 oz Asahi bars look similar the newer J-M bars with the exception of the logo of course. I'm sure these bars are every bit as desirable as the other currently produced silver bars. I assume the J-M bars will soon be only available on the secondary market. I wonder if they will carry some premium in the future because they have name recognition and are no longer being produced similar to the Engelhard bars.

Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.

I bought 9 100 oz j & m bars otc today, and couldnt find anybody paying a premium. In fact I had to discount 30c to get a firm to take them all
