I've been looking to pick up a few PSA cards for my Rose collection that I am missing specifically 1964, 1965, and 1966 in 7 and 8. I haven't looked at these in a while and I am using the SMR. Is the SMR price guide off quite a bit or am I just not being patient enough. Most on ebay are significantly higher than SMR is this normal ? What about other players ?

Here are the VCP averages



1964 -- PSA 7: $341 -- PSA 8: $1945 --SMR is showing way short at only $275 & $950

1965 -- PSA 7: $169 -- PSA 8: $410 --SMR is about right on at $175 & $450

1966 -- PSA 7: $108 -- PSA 8: $268 --SMR is a little low for 7 but right on for 8: $80 and $265
