Is there a Way to Pull Up Submission Form After Closing it?

I'm trying to pull up an on-line submission form that's pending at PSA. Does anyone know how to do this? I have the submission form number from the submission status page but I haven't figured out a way to retrieve. I'm sure the information must still be in the database.

Thanks.

  • I think it mentions in the menu that once you close it you can't bring it back up. I remember that because it was very strange to me
    It never leaves you...

PSA sends you an email when you complete the online sub- check your trash folder of your emails

At the end of the email will be the link to the completed form

Looks something like this ( just insert the order # where mine says 10016558 to see your own sub). The part thats cut off says /OnlineSubmissioncompleted/

    Hope that helps-

    Jeff

Thank you for completing the PSA online submission form.

Please be aware that this submission is only valid for 30 business days from the day that it is printed. If you are printing this submission form for a monthly special, please make sure that the package is post marked by the last day of the calendar month.

Please note that this order will be charged at the end of the grading process and if received after the original 30 business days, it may be subject to service price changes.

Please include this submission form in your package with the items you are submitting. If you would like to print another copy of this submission form, please use this link: http://www.psacard.com/OnlineS...mpleted/Index/10016558

You have to print the form and send in the paper copy with your sub. I always make it a habit to set my destination printer as saving to .pdf instead of printing, so I have a copy on file that I can reference if/when I like. Then I print from the .pdf file. Just a suggestion going forward in your future subs, but it works for me.
