SCD Holders from Jeff Shevlin

Just ran across some SCD holders Jeff has put together which can be a nice way to collect.
Note these, use SH numbers also used in Jeff's guides: 1894 California Midwinter Exposition and 1905 Lewis & Clark. Does anyone know what SH stands for? Could it be Shevlin-Hibler?
