Need help with a major jersey vendor

Every year at The National, there is one seller of game-used and/or signed jerseys that very much stands out. They typically have 3 or 4 long stand up racks of hanging jerseys plus hundreds more laid out on several large flat tables. I don't recall if they had all sports because I was looking primarily for pro and college football - which they had a ton of.

Can someone please tell me the name of that vendor or help me get in touch with them?
