How do I stop all the junk mail?? Help Please

Can anyone be so kind as to help me find a way to stop all the junk mail to my e-mail account from "Collectors Universe Subscription Update" It appears that every update listed on the various sites is sending me a brief account of it, I sometimes get over 100 a day. Now I am sure it was done in my error, but I can not figure out how to remove or stop it.

I greatly appreciate any help you can give
