Private Messages

Are private messages a mess or is it me? I can't seem to get any to send - I have received them.

Yeah that doesn't work. I follow those instructions but nothing happens after I hit send message.

I am having the same problem. I received a PM a couple of weeks ago and didn't even know I received it. I think my reply went through but don't know for sure until I get some sort of email back which I never received before.

not liking this PM system presently.

Is there any on-site notification of new PMs? With the PM area hidden in order to be able to see the main site, I don't know when a new PM has arrived.

Nope, I find out when I get an email or navigate to a different forum.

For the most part it still doesn't work for me either. Frustrating as I'm counting on this method to communicate with several people here.
  • Hi PMKAY,

Please email me at webmaster@collectors.com so I can get more specific details from you.

My PM has been working fine, but maybe I can troubleshoot by logging onto your account.

Everyone: I understand this is frustrating, and trust me we're trying to find a way to fix the issues. Our hands are a little tied given that CU did not develop the program and doesn't have the coding to fix everything on our own; we have to rely on Fusetalk and we're working to get some help. But please know we do hear and read your complaints/frustrations, and you aren't being ignored.
