    For the serious people here at PSA it's a complete joke.



    However I see unethical dealers doing this to get a cheap TPG and sell to unsuspecting buyers.



    Just another version of a seller saying PSA 9oc..........only 3 higher ( but (100) 8's and (5) 9's) are out there



    and quoting full smr on a straight 9 not a 7.



    I can just see the keyword spamming already
