HELP! Need a letter T jersey card

I am in need of one of those letter jersey cards. I bought one like this but it has not arrived and it has been over three weeks. 
So I am looking for some help getting another letter T from the following teams or players.
Milwaukee Brewers
Green Bay Packers
Wisconsin Badgers
Russel Wilson
Hope Solo (don't think this exists)
University of Texas Longhorns (Not Vaccaro or Orakpo)
Any help would be appreciated. THANKS!

Now this is NOT from the Packers, but the color of the "T" is yellow. Would this do?

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
