Best picture service? Photobucket is becoming unusable

I have always used Photobucket for a picture service. I use it for Ebay pictures and also for storing and backing up family pictures. It is becoming unusable. I have tried all morning to get pictures to upload. Very little luck. What is a good service that is similar?

That site has become so slow for my use. Everything I do on there seems to take forever.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
