what you can do with them is donate them to charities, while getting some stuff for yourself

how this works:
On CE (www.collectorempire.com) we hold auctions for cards we pull from boxes card companies donate to us. You bid on those cards with your commons

For example, we just had 2 auctions for SP Authentic base set and Inserts pulled from the box. I think each of htem ended at 3000 commons each. The winners get the stuff they bid on (and won ), and all the cards will be donated to charities
