I find the 1959 Jefferson to be the closest to monster status among the above coins, followed by the reverse of the 1999 eagle. People who specialize in these series will probably disagree, knowing better than I do what toning patterns are common/rare in the respective series. However, if you ever come across any Liberty Seated proofs with toning like either of the aforementioned coins, I'm in!
The 68-D is my favorite but in hand the nickel might give it a run. The 54-S has a cool rainbow and I'd say the reverse of the Silver Eagle is a monster.
