Trying to find information on a medal in my collection,

I picked this medal up for its artistry and truly a stunning piece to behold at 51mm.
I have a small slip with it, that I cannot fully read except for the auction notes

Deux Couronnes de laurier, appuyee a une colonee. R/L' ecu couronne de la societe etre deux rameaux, pose sur divers attributes artistiques.
Sur une banderole, la device: GROEIJEN EN BLOEIJEN. Ch.
Representants 48, 6. AR, 51mm Rare. Belle Patine.

This seems to be an award medal for the 200 year anniversary of the Brussels wine festival. Will see if I can dig some more info up.

Try bicentenary festival of the "De Wijngaerd" dramatic society of Brussels. Some symbols of the theater are also below the arms on the reverse. Very impressive and pretty medal.

It is a medal commemorating the 200th anniversary of the Wijngaerd Theater Company in Brussels, Belgium. From what I just saw online, it appears that the company is still up and running. It also looks like that there was another issue in 1907 for the company for it's 250th anniversary. There is a restaurant by the same name halfway between Brussels and Antwerp also.
