Anyone know what a Tom Brady in-person auto goes for?

I'm currently looking at a 2000 Press Pass base card of Tom Brady that someone had him sign. Tom signed his name as well as his jersey number (12). The card is slabbed/authenticated by PSA/DNA. Card is probably nrmt-mt.

I tried looking on PSA's website but they didn't have any information about signed sportscards. And couldn't find anything on Ebay that was an in-person auto.

Would appreciate any help.

pretty rare for him to put his number, i'm guessing maybe this was signed before he was any good?

His signing prices are so high I wouldn't put it past hitting $300-$400 at auction. Is that the issue with his Senior Bowl jersey?

I couldn't say when it was signed, but it was signed with his #12 jersey even though the card is of him at Michigan wearing #10.

i thought he does mostly a couple private ones...last year they were charging something like 5-600 bucks (maybe more or less) but crazy..each...there was a lot of discussion about it....spring or summer i think?

I used to think it was laughable to pay $500- $600 for an autograph.

However, with the amount of counterfeit stuff on ebay if I wanted one I am not so sure I wouldn't pay that price.

only if it was my all time favorite, i didnt have one, and to sign an item important or significant, then maybe one time...ur forced to due to, like u said, the questionable (majority) stuff out there........it'd be better if it was a guy from th e 70s etc...before these big boy contracts....instead of when toms family pulls in 60 million(?) a YEAR combined....im sure the 30k he's getting (before taxes) isn't making a dent .....

I think it was $600 for flats before any add-ons w/personalization, inscriptions, larger items, etc. all an additional charge. I think it could've cost over a grand depending what you wanted signed and how.

I was speaking more about the value of an autographed card that's not pack pulled or numbered.

Would it be out of line to put it on eBay at $499/OBO and see what kind of offers come in? A quick search on eBay shows that his signed cards are all over the place, but it being PSA/DNA has to, I would think, command a premium over the raw ones selling for less.

That's what I was thinking, but obviously I don't want to buy something and lose money. Maybe i'll pull the trigger. we'll see.

i love signed rookie cards and all, but would never pay more for a post-factory psa/dna than a certified auto. if i can buy a regular 2000 press pass or fleer that's certified so you know it's 100% genuine for $250-$350...then why would i pay more for a ip one? at the end of the day if you're looking for an authentic signature than the certified one is still 100% safer than psa/dna.
