PeekSkill NY Obsolete info needed

See the picture below of the 25 cent Peekskill NY, Westchester County 1838 obsolete. I can't find anything on this particular note. I did find a 12 1/2 cent note in the HA archives that sold in 2010 for $287. Any help would be appreciated.

I have 12.5, 25 and 50 cent notes of this design in my NY collection. All are unissued, as this example. The issuer looks like it could be a pharmacist, due to the mortar and pestle design.




I paid about $200 each and acquired mine in April 2009. This is a strong price for unissued NY scrip, even a rare note, like this one which is probably high R6 to mid R7, maybe 3-7 known? The higher price for this note is due to it's Westchester County location.
