Be on the lookout Stolen 1961 Aaron AS SGC 88

I recently purchased a 1961 Hank Aaron AS SGC Cert # 1372379-001. The post office marked it as delivered but I never received the card. I presume the package was stolen. I filed a police report on the incident. I do not know how to post a photo - if someone is willing to help me post a pic please IM me.

Live in Chicago. There were a rash of packages stolen in my building. Condo association has now put in a camera system to act as a deterrent. During the holidays the post office here has seperate package delivery people that do not have keys to our mailboxes. They just leave them on top of the mailbox bank. I am going to be more diligent about asking for signature confirmation. Informed the pawn shop at the corner and the card shop down the street from me. I am also checking EBay on a regular basis for it. Whoever has it is very unlikely to be a collector so I am sure it will be sold somehow.

For years we had the local corner store act as a repository (packages delivered there instead of dropped off on our doorstep). We then would pick up the packages there. The owner did it as a courtesy for the customers/residents of our neighborhood. Might be a good idea to explore if some such set up could be instilled in all of your neighborhoods throughout collector land.
